Got my foot checked and x-rayed today and found out that it was a very bad sprain. They couldn't tell if I tore anything because of the swelling, but i think its alright. I got some anti-inflamatory so that will help the swelling and the pain. I probably will have to take it easy for a couple of months though before its back to normal...no it probably will never be normal again but it will be alot stronger anyways.

Ibuprofen! Give me Ibuprofen! No, give me vicodin! Just knock me out, i don't care!

I woke up this morning and my ankle seemed to be feeling worse than before...It's been over a week now since I sprained it and it doesn't seem like its getting any better. I'm scheduled to go in to Dr. Ro tomorrow, but mom tried calling again to see if I could be checked out now today. They kept putting her on hold so i think i'm going to have to wait one more day. My foot is all swelled up and purple. Some people think it might be broken, but i think its just a really bad sprain! So right now I'm prettymuch in bed with the laptop in my lap (thats what its for isnt it?) taking it easy... I guess I should've gotten crutches sooner and stopped walking on my foot all last week and i probably shouldn't have went crabbing. But I just could'nt help it. It gets boring sitting around all day ifnyouknowwhatimean. Anyway, i guess pray that it gets better, so that i can go crabbing again this week hehehe

Seafood City!

Some of us went out to Seafood City and prettymuch chowed down on all you can eat crabs & shrimp which was kinda expensive but worth it!! I ate till I about busted. 12 crabs, a basket of shrimp, and a basket of french fries! Most of the crabs were prettymuch packed full! And with my "formerly crabstained fingers" i managed to take some pictures!!

mmmm....mmmm! You just gotta love it!! Probably the best seafood ever!!! I am know performing the disection!

A very good place to eat if you don't mind the mess! It's just all part of it, sorta like an artistic crabbery design! knowhatimean? I should have gotten the picture of Jared's tip for the waitress... an empty crab claw made a nice place for the tip money to goin. He just folded it up and stuffed it in there. And the waitress thought it was kinda cute... heh heh

Well, I can't believe my little older cousin Kendra is married and gone... sniff oooh i need a tissue ffffthhhbbbbbpppp!! Hopefully I can find the time to visit her... its going to be different around here without her, but i guess i can't let that get to me. I'll just have to do more fishing to keep my mind on something else. At least it brought some of my cousins here that i havent seen for a while. Oh well, things change i guess.

Wow! Can't really believe it yet cause i'm here in VA, but Dad happened to find this nice 1999 Chevy Blazer that was sittin on a pillow!!! My truck is not really doing so well. It has a disease of some sort. Anyway, but here are some of the pics dad sent me :)

Trip to Virginia Yeah!!!

I finally just up and left my family to take a trip to good ol' Virginy and visit my cousins this weekend. I left around 9 this morning and arrived in Stuarts Draft a little after 1... I was prettymuch cruising. Those marked cars with the big cool light thingy on top were just a buzzing on interstate 81, but i managed to keep within the desired speed limit "some of the time"

I've been listening to Odyssey again...I've listened to it all my life so they're prettymuch fun to listen to everynow and then. The episodes now are pretty hilarious on whitsend.org. Harlo Doyle Peeerrrivate Eye is just the greatest!! His one line about crime on the stolen camera episode was this,
"You put out twice the effort to get half the results than you would've gotten, if you'd just have put out half the effort to get twice the results from the effort that you put in."

Here I am discovering my abilities and inabilities...Ashley was prettymuch having "troubles" (not) cutting out a dress, so i quickly intervened... :) Cutting is probably the easy part, but don't put me behind the sewing machine! I had some pretty high aspirations in going to Mississippi. I guess i still have some i guess but there were some problems that kinda dampered my outer being. It's sorta a nice place to visit but i wouldn't choose to live there...Some of those problems included sand gnats which come in waves different times of the day! I had the worst time with them things...even deet didn't help...they just tore into me like wild fire! I still have a bunch of scars and scabs on my arm yet. Another problem included frying in the attic until i thought i would die of heat stroke pulling old wires and rewiring. Pretty much couldn't breathe in all that insulation either. Anyway, there were also a lot of blessings in going too. Just the thought of knowing your helping people out overcame all those problems. Gnats and heat are nothing compared to the tragedy the people down there went through. I'm just thankful for the opportunity we had to help out...
Of course there were many memories made during the trip, but i think i'll let everybody else share that on there xangas which i think most of them did already...so i guess some pictures will do...

This is hilarious! Somebody put a 3-way in this hallway thats only a few feet long... NEVER IN MY LIFE!!! You could turn one hall light on by using 2 switches while standing in one spot ha ha...so retarded! Dad and I had to laugh ha ha ha...

Mississippi!

Well, it looks like some of us from church will be heading to Mississippi in a few hours for some hurricane cleanup. Never been there so it should be awesome. Hopefully it won't be too hot but i think Dad and I will be in the shade doing some electrical work...maybe! while the other guys will be slavin away under the burning sun at the framing or roofing or whatever job there will be. I don't know... anyway everwhat. We'll probably have pictures during the week on Dad's blog and my blog so refrain from absence.

Perty Birdy!!

This afternoon i decided to get close to some awesome little nut hatches...they're prettymuch my favorite birds. We have quite a few of them flying around here. I havnt really seen a lot of them around here before until this past year. They love that sute cake. I just sat in the hamoc snapping pictures, and they just went on eatin...(in my nice high voice) "Cute little birdy, aaawwwhh!!"

The youth rally in VA this past weekend was very good. It was pretty much packed out with over 200 youth I think. It was great seeing some cousins and old friends and also making new friends. Ken Miller had some great sessions about finding God's will for your life. I was challenged with what he had to share and I want to apply myself in doing some of those things he shared about. One thing, among a couple of things, that stuck out to me was that the more we spend time reading and meditating God's word, the more powerful we are in fighting temptations Satan brings to us. He also talked about having a renewed mind, and it doesn't just happen overnight, it is a daily process we need to work at. In order to have a renewed mind, we need to keep filling our minds with the truth of God's word and crucify the flesh and our sinful desires every day. Anyway, I'm glad for these rally's and i'm looking forward to next year Lord willing.
On another note, we had some realling good volleyball games even though you had to wait forever to play because of 18 teams. It wasnt too bad though since we had three courts going at the same time... wish we could have played more basketball though... hhmmm oh well

Today is the start of spring by the way to those of you who thought it was March 21 heh heh... just thought i'd mention it. Actually it should be the start of winter...It looks like it's supposed to snow sometime this week!!!

Tree cutting time!

We are finally getting around to cutting some trees down. And what a Beautiful Day...pertnear warm i'd say!! It was about time we cut down a few of those DREADED GUM TREES!! They seem to get worse every year dropping them stupid gumballs.

And here is Jake in the tree trying to tie the rope up just as a safety precaution knowing that my dad (the master treecutter) is at an electrical seminar and cannot be there to guide the tree to fall in its exact perceivable and perferred falling location. My cousin Derrick is learning very quickly on being an ace at cutting trees down without hitting anything that is of value so, in the meantime, we have to use this caution method.

And here is the pic of a days work! That site looks so glorious... oh wait, no it does'nt... now we have to clean all that up!! :(

Had an awesome day on the slopes yesterday with my friends David, Lyndon, Wendell, Brent, and Austin even though it was a little warm and slushy...Oh, there also seemed to be a few ice patches here and there that you had to dodge. Sometimes you could'nt really see them until you were prettymuch wiped out... anyway enough of that. Here are some pictures of some great skiing and snowboarding! Sorry skiers... couldn't resist, but snowboarding is prettymuch awesome.

Here i am working with the AutoCad program...It's nice to just sit down and let your fingers do the walking. Right now I am working on elevations and floor plans for a beach house. Actually I'm in the process of doing another beach house too. I should've got pics of that too but anyway...bethatasitmay

(the picture below) I had to chop the deck off, as you can see to the bottom right of the floor plan, because it was a little to big for the lot... It had to be at least 8' from the property line on both sides.

I prettymuch have another job seeins how dad is kinda slow right now. I'm now working for Bro. Bill doing CAD drawings for him on the computer. It's really neat. Architecture is finally becoming computerized, and is probably a little faster than drawing drawings by hand:). I really enjoy it, you prettymuch sit at the comp. all day heh heh heh maybe i'll have pics of it sometime...

Went hunting again this past Saturday...Yes, there still is one season left which is snowgeese season. A couple of my friends and I got a total of two, which was actually pretty good considering the day we had. You never know with snowgeese. Sometimes they'll come within shooting range, but most times they are miles high and just don't feel like coming in or something... Here are the hunters with their birds ;)

Oh by the way, here are some pics from me and my friend's (Nathaniel) birthday. We're prettymuch 2 days apart. As I said before we have 1 more year as a teenager...so, as you can see, we're making the best of it ha ha ha!! :)

Another day gone by.... worked again today, thankfully it was not in the cold too much. We're supposed to get snow sometime this weekend if you'all didnt know what the forecast was. I'll believe it when i see it. It'll probably turn into rain. Anyway, be that as it may.
I was prettymuch tagged so EVERWHAT!
1. My voice is wide ranged which means i can sing prettymuch any part and can hit 3 octaves
2. I just get a big kick out of touching hot electrical wires purposely... Dad doesnt even need a juice tester when he's got me.
3. I try my hardest to save money on little things such as food, sodas, and using coupons, etc., and yet a spend big bucks at cabelas and other things that I "need" Huh hum
4. I have a hard time saying something and then pausing in the middle of the sentence and then start to say something else
5. I like to test potholes to see how bad they are by driving slow into them (dad's influence)

I should've gotten a decent picture of it with the fur on heh heh, the only problem was the head was already stumped off by my cousin and it didn't really look as good like that anyway. It may not look good now but let me tell you, when you slap it in the crock pot (or everwhat you want) with other ingrediences, its just so tender and juicy mmm mm... I think it tastes better than chicken, unless the chicken is bbq.

Well this morning i took a bunch of old scrap electrical wire to that Cannon Iron and Metal place and got mucho dinero for it, hatchado! I'm telling you right now copper is going up... no wonder the price of wire we buy is so outrageous right now. Anyway that was cool.

Last night we said goodbye to the neighbour boys Gary, Jesse, and Jamie Howard. They just moved to Virginia... They've been around here in Delaware for 2 years I think. They came over alot which was cool and it was great getting to know them. Hopefully we touched there lives in some way. Just keep praying for them as they make this new adjustment and otherwise.

Today was the last day of deer season "sniff" except for archery...its sad i know. What will I do? My cousin Derrick made it clear that all the hours we spent hunting, we had to end up with no deer this year. That makes me even more sick. Oh well, next year we'll do a lot better. I think there is a snow goose season sometime in January. I guess the only thing i can do now is wait for summer to come so that the crabbing season can begin. Oh well... toodles

We finished up a garage this morning--putting in receptacles, switches, and some lights... it was kinda cold especially with the wind blowing the way it was. My fingers were getting numb trying to hook stuff up. I'm telling you, we are having the strangest winter around. One day its cold in the 30's...then another day its in the 50's and 60's...and back and forth... hopefully it starts getting normal around here and stay cold when its supposed to. well be that as it may...

Tonight Brendon and I were at a pizza party that us youth have everwhen for the Bible Club children in the community. It was a good time, although i think i ate too much pizza! I got a puppet show together and the kids seemed to enjoy it... Bible club has been a great way to relate to the children and hopefully, with God's help, we are making a difference in their lives. tootleloo

Mom and I finally got the border up... it was a gooey, slimy job, but we got r did.

All we have left to do is put a bunch of furniture back in the room. I have to tell you, my room and the hallway is just packed full of stuff! You prettymuch have to make trail to walk through. Anyway, it won't last too much longer.

We went to faith mennonite high school today to watch the tournament. Central played hard and did very good, but they didn't quite make it. Oh well, it was still awesome to watch. I got some video clips of the consolation game that are pretty cool... I wonder if i could put them on here some how. Hmmm, i guess i have to figure it out. Anyway Till I blog again

Here I am painting my brothers' room, and boy did it need it!... crayon marks in places, holes from a bb gun (hhuhhum), dents, etc., etc. I did a lot of spackling and i'm almost done painting it... I just have to do the ceiling yet.

Well, well. I went hunting again last night, but nothing. Oh well, i have a lot more chances yet. Today i was busy "tearing" up my brothers' bedroom--getting it ready so that i can paint it...I already had my bedroom painted last summer so mom decided to paint this one now... maybe this is the start of doing the whole house...lol I hope not! Dad's not too swamped with work right now so I have the time to these little jobs around the house i guess. anyway Ever What!

Hey! It's me. I guess I decided to get rolling with this blog stuff, hopefully I can keep up with it. We'll see.
Well today is the first day of the last shotgun season for this winter. I woke up this morning and it was raining kinda hard. I was trying to decide whether go hunting or if i should stay in bed... and wouldnt you know it i went back to bed! I still think i could have went cause the rain let up a little later on. Oh well! I'll go this afternoon, raining or not, and hopefully get something.
